This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for service product solutions aimed at both existing and new market opportunities.
• Become a recognized expert in solution offerings, encompassing services and supported medical equipment.
• Design, manage, and innovate the Solution Business Model.
• Validate market requirements and customer segmentation.
• Improve the value proposition by enhancing existing solutions.
• Establish analysis for return on investment.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to obtain approval for new or revised offerings.
• Integrate new or redesigned offerings into sales processes and marketing channels using sales-readiness capabilities and enablement tools.
• Develop pricing strategies and ensure customer value realization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct beta pilots with customers to assess service product valuation.
• Explore buy/build/partner opportunities.
• Lead planning for operational deployment and organizational readiness for new or redesigned offerings.
• Review the performance of solutions and recommend innovations or potential service discontinuation.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and market drivers for effective solution positioning.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies in coordination with downstream marketing.
• Educate and train sales and operations teams on the features and benefits of solutions.
• Engage in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Carry out other tasks essential for the efficient operation of the department.
• Over 5 years of experience in solution/product management, service marketing, and strategic solution development, particularly within the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience in translating customer-centric solution market opportunities into market and service product requirements documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to create a clear and sustainable business model based on a differentiated value proposition, validated through a rigorous process.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market, specifically concerning medical products and service solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in Clinical Engineering, Medical Equipment Rental, Patient Handling, Asset Management, or Laser Services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in collaborating with and motivating people towards achieving high performance and results.
• Familiarity with healthcare management and leading voice of customer sessions.
• Background in developing service products and managing in-market solution offerings.
• Competence in calculating and showcasing customer return on value.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Skill in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to promote and sustain organizational professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Proficient in computer applications within the MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.
