This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales to pinpoint and qualify significant healthcare opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of existing contracting processes and identify pain points.
• Design and present customized solution narratives that connect Icertis capabilities to operational results and financial benefits.
• Create and showcase executive-level demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations for payer, provider, and life sciences stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions employing Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work alongside product, engineering, and professional services teams to ensure alignment of solutions and effective implementation.
• Lead the creation of reference architectures, use cases, and best practice guides targeted at the healthcare sector.
• Author whitepapers, host webinars, and represent the company as a thought leader at industry events.
• Evaluate and report on the business impact of deployed solutions, including improvements in efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Guide junior solution advisors and contribute to the advancement of the Solution Advisory practice.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare (payer, provider, or life sciences) with a solid grasp of contracting and revenue cycle processes.
• Established history of consultative selling and solution architecture within the enterprise software realm.
• Outstanding storytelling and presentation abilities, capable of persuading C-level executives.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience in translating technical capabilities into business value and return on investment calculations.
• Strong teamwork skills across various functional teams (sales, product, services).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings and industry events.
• Enthusiasm for innovation in contract lifecycle management and a dedication to ongoing learning.
• Proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese is an additional advantage.
