This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take responsibility for revenue, growth, and quality outcomes across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Drive growth and revenue at the account level based on existing contracts.
• Identify and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Seek out new client acquisition through professional networks and market presence.
• Manage client commitments related to timelines, fees, and project scope.
• Sustain senior-level client relationships and maintain strategic touchpoints.
• Serve as the firm's senior client representative, addressing escalations as needed.
• Build long-term value within client accounts.
• Hold delivery teams accountable for the quality of deliverables.
• Reinforce delivery standards within client accounts.
• Make decisions regarding escalations and staffing for assigned accounts.
• Review structured reporting on ongoing engagements.
• Shape publisher advisory services beyond conventional software license compliance.
• Test new service lines and provide insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Advocate for proactive advisory services surrounding security, renewal optimization, and strategic licensing.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop advisory capabilities, methodologies, and commercial models.
• Contribute to market positioning and thought leadership in software compliance and advisory.
• Engage in weekly and monthly leadership governance forums.
• Extensive experience in software license compliance, software asset management, or software advisory services.
• Knowledge of commercial landscapes, vendor licensing models, and the compliance audit lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio within a professional services or advisory context.
• Experience in managing senior-level commercial relationships with demonstrable revenue growth.
• Background in leading delivery teams within a matrix structure.
• Familiarity with major software vendors’ licensing programs, including Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, or similar.
• Comfortable collaborating across various time zones and cultures.
• Commercially driven mindset with an understanding of revenue, margin, and account growth.
• Confident in delegation and outcome-based leadership.
• A collaborative and decisive approach to problem-solving.
• Growth-oriented with active involvement in new business development.
• Leadership that prioritizes quality.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Established professional network in the software compliance and advisory field.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as ITAM, SAM, or vendor-specific compliance certifications, are advantageous but not mandatory.
