Director, Service Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Lead the organization and performance of specific functional areas and activities related to senior managers.

• Provide guidance to staff while adhering to established company policies and procedures.

• Supervise business operations to uphold a high standard of professional excellence.

• Oversee business functions, which include the approval of overall project plans, budgets, and work breakdown structures.

• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to deliver services within defined schedules and budgets.

• Set and communicate goals and objectives, methodologies, tasks, activities, roles, and responsibilities.

• Facilitate broad communication to coordinate cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience.

• At least ten years in a supervisory or management role.

• Experience in navigating the current and past business environment of the company.

• Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the areas of responsibility.

• Understanding of the management implications of various types of financial data.
