This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the formulation of the publication strategy for Empaveli.

• Define essential scientific statements that support strategic publication initiatives for Nephrology and Hematology indications.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional working groups to ensure alignment.

• Contribute to the strategic vision of the Empaveli portfolio.

• Create the foundational scientific platform and strategic publication framework.

• Produce timely literature summaries that emphasize pertinent new publications.

• Oversee medical communications vendors to guarantee prompt and high-quality project delivery.

• Ensure that externally shared publications are consistent with the global publication strategy and adhere to Biogen SOPs and industry-standard publication practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, or MD in a relevant life science discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in Medical Affairs, including a minimum of 3 years in strategic publication planning.

• Established record in scientific communications.

• Outstanding project management skills.

• Strong capability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment.

• Excellent scientific understanding and communication abilities.

• Experience in Nephrology and/or Hematology is preferred.

• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional projects is a plus.

• Experience in managing external vendors and overseeing project budgets is preferred.
