This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and create training content that promotes data literacy, AI literacy, analytics, governance, and modernization efforts.
• Develop competency-based learning experiences that align with specified learning objectives and the needs of the audience.
• Produce engaging e-learning modules, written documents, voice-over presentations, instructional videos, instructor-led materials, exercises, and knowledge assessments.
• Create multimedia and interactive content that simplifies technical concepts for a diverse range of professional audiences.
• Design assessments to evaluate learner comprehension and competency.
• Develop facilitator guides, instructor materials, user manuals, job aids, quick-reference materials, FAQs, and performance support documents.
• Produce materials for stakeholder engagement and communication that support data and technology initiatives.
• Convert technical and programmatic information into clear, accessible content for non-technical audiences.
• Assist in communications planning and stakeholder outreach activities.
• Aid in the administration of learning management systems, including course organization, publishing, and maintenance.
• Publish and manage training and communication content within Government SharePoint environments.
• Oversee training material libraries, source files, templates, version control, updates, and the retirement and replacement of learning products.
• Pilot training modules, gather and analyze feedback, and make necessary revisions to training products.
• Support the delivery of training, demonstrations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, analysts, data engineers, AI/ML specialists, and Government stakeholders.
• Assist in gathering requirements to identify training needs, target audiences, objectives, and delivery methods.
• Ensure that products comply with accessibility, usability, and organizational standards.
• Maintain editable source files and documentation.
• Facilitate independent maintenance, modification, reuse, knowledge transfer, and transition of products to Government personnel.
• Proven experience in developing training, instructional content, or e-learning products for adult professional audiences.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar platforms.
• A solid understanding of adult learning principles and andragogical instructional design.
• Experience in creating competency-based learning or skills-focused training programs.
• Expertise in producing instructional materials in written, visual, interactive, and multimedia formats.
• Experience in developing user guides, job aids, quick-reference materials, or comparable performance-support documentation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to translate technical or complex concepts into understandable content for non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and validate instructional content.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple training and communication products simultaneously.
• Experience in integrating stakeholder and learner feedback into revised materials.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Preferred: Experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Preferred: Experience in publishing and maintaining content within Microsoft SharePoint.
• Preferred: Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training platforms.
• Preferred: Knowledge of competency-based learning frameworks.
• Preferred: Experience in developing data literacy or AI literacy training.
• Preferred: Experience creating training for analytics, data governance, business intelligence, AI, or technology modernization initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience producing short-form instructional videos or narrated training content.
• Preferred: Experience in designing assessments, knowledge checks, or competency evaluations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power Platform, or AI-enabled Microsoft technologies.
• Preferred: Experience in developing facilitator guides for instructor-led training.
• Preferred: Experience supporting communications, stakeholder engagement, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility standards and accessible instructional design.
• Preferred: Experience working within Department of Defense, federal, or educational environments.
