Communications Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between the Enhanced Location Identification team, clients, and Records business units.

• Oversee and manage several email inboxes while ensuring timely and professional replies.

• Deliver high-level client support and foster strong client relationships.

• Review and distribute client communications to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.

• Conduct thorough research to uncover affiliations between healthcare providers and facilities.

• Investigate and confirm provider and facility addresses, contact details, and related information.

• Utilize and maintain expertise in all Lexitas operating systems and databases.

• Monitor performance metrics and update spreadsheets and reports on a daily basis.

• Enhance operational efficiency through effective data management and process improvements.

• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to align with client expectations and business goals.

• Assist with presentations, coaching, and training initiatives as required.

• Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the legal services industry is required.

• Experience in conducting research, managing client communications, or supporting operational workflows is preferred.

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and maintain data accuracy.

• Experience in a deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities.

• Capability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from internal and external clients whose primary language is English.

• Ability to sit for extended durations and engage in regular standing, walking, typing, reaching, talking, and hearing.

• May require occasional travel.
