Communications Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Outreach Team

• Create and execute a detailed outreach strategy aimed at fostering organizational growth and enhancing community involvement

• Ensure that the agency's messaging remains uniform across all platforms and throughout the organization

• Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of both internal and external communication strategies and initiatives

• Establish short- and long-term outreach goals and assess performance

• Manage outreach-related communications, including newsletters, social media, promotional materials, and website content

• Track the outreach budget by comparing and analyzing actual results against plans and forecasts

• Collect, analyze, and report on outreach data and outcomes

• At least 2 years of experience in community outreach

• Proven ability to foster partnerships and spearhead community outreach initiatives

• Strong leadership capabilities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Capacity to work independently

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data
