This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Establish and nurture relationships with rapidly growing SaaS companies, media conglomerates, and telecom providers.
• Collaborate effectively with Business Development and Delivery teams to tackle challenges associated with the subscription economy and digital service delivery.
• Engage with C-level executives at technology and media firms to facilitate digital transformation and secure new logo accounts.
• Develop comprehensive business and territory plans informed by trends in the TMT market.
• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, connections with VC/PE, and participation in industry events.
• Oversee the complete customer relationship lifecycle.
• Lead discussions focused on technical debt, recurring revenue, churn reduction, and agile scalability.
• Present Salesforce solutions that are aligned with TMT business goals.
• Deliver professional after-sales support to enhance customer lifetime value and encourage platform adoption.
• Maintain sales forecasting and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Mentor junior resources within the Business Development team.
• Collaborate on sales initiatives with Salesforce TMT-focused RVPs and AEs.
• Partner with Coastal Leadership to ensure that business development aligns with agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare estimates and Statements of Work (SOWs) for phased MVP rollouts, API-first integrations, and rapid deployment schedules.
• Travel as necessary.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Delivery Consultant.
• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Prior experience in SaaS sales or technology-focused professional services is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to navigate the purchasing process of high-growth startups and enterprise-level media/telecom firms.
• Extensive experience within the Salesforce Ecosystem, particularly with Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Communications Cloud, or Media Cloud.
• Solid understanding of subscription billing models, usage-based pricing, and digital content distribution.
• Expertise in the Salesforce portfolio, including Mulesoft for high-volume API integrations and Tableau for churn and sentiment analysis.
• Capability to manage a sales cycle in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Strong organizational skills geared towards managing high-velocity pipelines and complex technical pre-sales activities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
• Must possess full-time permanent work authorization in the US.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience as a Salesforce Consultant, ideally with an implementation partner.
