Director, Sales Operations – Global Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead both strategic and tactical planning for immediate and long-term goals.

• Establish and uphold effective Business Management Systems, materials, processes, and routines to achieve targets.

• Oversee the alignment of sales coverage and territory management for designated accounts and associated processes.

• Assist in the compensation and quota-setting processes for Global Accounts.

• Deliver business insights and analyses to facilitate strategic initiatives.

• Execute sales routines with the Global Accounts leadership and ensure accurate weekly and quarterly forecasts.

• Conduct monthly financial interlocks with regional teams, Finance, and Business Units.

• Develop ambitious yet achievable roadmaps and ensure top- and bottom-line execution.

• Analyze business-case investments and financials to promote strategic growth.

• Manage projects aimed at enhancing Global Accounts business outcomes.

• Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful business delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressive operations experience in a global sales setting.

• More than 10 years of experience providing business insights to senior and global leadership in sales and financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Proven leadership experience within a global sales context.

• Strong background in developing and refining Business Management Systems, processes, and tools.

• Experience in a leadership role, managing teams across various reporting lines.

• Detail-oriented with strong project management, organizational, and analytical capabilities.

• Proven ability to collaborate with peers, senior management, and other functional areas.

• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, independent, enthusiastic, and dedicated.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including gathering data from various sources and producing clear, concise reports.
