This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee all sales activities within a vibrant, expanding, technology-oriented organization.
• Create and execute business strategies that align with the company’s objectives and overall strategy.
• Emphasize sales performance, achievement of KPIs, and operational sales success.
• Foster communication and collaboration with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
• Be an active participant in the local Management Team.
• Grasp the nuances of communication and reporting in a matrix organizational structure.
• Lead and mentor 6 managers and a team exceeding 40 members.
• Enhance employee performance and satisfaction levels.
• Develop strategies and methodologies to meet sales objectives.
• Positively impact P&L in accordance with the established budget.
• Ensure compliance with globally recognized sales methodologies.
• Manage CRM activities effectively.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Ideally possess a technical degree from a university, supplemented with a degree in business administration or management.
• Strong affinity for sales pipeline management and methodologies.
• Significant experience in sales, particularly in field sales and operational sales.
• Experience driven by KPIs in sales activities.
• A solid technical background, preferably in intralogistics or automation sectors.
• Extensive experience in leadership and organizational development.
• Proven capability in stabilizing changing environments while driving sales performance.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales results and managing change effectively.
• A hands-on approach to work.
• Strong competencies in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Office365, and SAP S/4HANA are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of hierarchy.
