This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Engineers focused on the MAJORs segment.
• Establish and promote best practices for technical selling, POV execution, and demo delivery throughout the SE team.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate SE talent in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
• Set defined team goals and performance metrics linked to technical achievements and revenue impact.
• Engage with both executive and technical stakeholders in major enterprise prospects and customers to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Provide impactful, customized product demonstrations designed to address enterprise-level business challenges.
• Manage and oversee technical evaluations and proof-of-value processes, ensuring successful and repeatable results.
• Lead the technical qualification during the sales process to verify that Zafran solutions align with each prospect's environment.
• Respond to strategic RFPs and RFIs with comprehensive, unique technical insights.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between significant enterprise customers, product management, and engineering, highlighting actionable feedback that shapes roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with account executives to formulate account strategies and executive engagement plans.
• Contribute to the onboarding and initial implementation planning for new major accounts.
• Represent Zafran at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences through demonstrations, presentations, and on-stage sessions.
• Stay updated on threat intelligence, cybersecurity trends, and the evolving CTEM market to provide credible advice to prospects.
• Support partner enablement and partner-driven sales initiatives in the MAJORs segment.
• Over 7 years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering within the cybersecurity sector.
• At least 2 years in a senior or leadership role managing or mentoring other Sales Engineers.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise security, including risk management, endpoint solutions, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven history of closing intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in collaboration with sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a professional understanding of enterprise customer expectations and purchasing processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
