This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the time-to-first-deal process for new account executives and design onboarding experiences around actual pipeline activities, live customer interactions, and recorded conversations.
• Develop and implement a structured certification program that includes trade-show fluency, demo certification, and comprehensive suite certification.
• Utilize AI for analyzing calls, providing coaching, personalizing content, and facilitating self-service for representatives.
• Create weekly coaching cycles that highlight deal risks, assess demo quality, ensure adherence to talk-tracks, and identify discovery gaps.
• Design reusable AI assistants aimed at handling objections, creating battlecards, preparing for discovery, and conducting account research.
• Equip account executives to showcase the entire product suite and promote land-and-expand strategies across RMS, ePCR, scheduling, training, command, and reporting.
• Review, enhance, or discontinue sales collateral and establish a singular source of truth.
• Assign ownership, set adoption targets, and connect sales metrics to tools within the sales stack.
• Engage in weekly leadership meetings and monthly business reviews.
• Enhance the coaching effectiveness of the four Regional Sales Directors.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting and Product teams on demo discipline, sandbox usage, and enablement of new features.
• Draft the sales enablement playbook and actively lead live sessions, call reviews, demos, and certification in the initial six to twelve months.
• A minimum of seven years in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement, sales engineering, or sales management.
• At least three years of responsibility for enabling outcomes.
• Proven track record in reducing ramp time, enhancing win rates, or demonstrating the impact of successful certification programs.
• Practical experience with Gong or a similar analytic platform.
• Familiarity with modern outbound sales tools.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of CRM workflow design.
• Proficient in AI, including building custom GPTs or similar tools, automating call reviews, and leveraging AI for coaching and content development.
• A background as a high-performing Account Executive, sales manager, or sales engineer is highly advantageous.
• Experience in selling to public safety, healthcare, govtech, or other regulated markets is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Must have authorization to work for any US employer in the United States.
