• Lead a dynamic team of SMG Account Executives in the sales of technology solutions to local government agencies.

• Ability to balance forecasting, budgeting, and corrective measures to achieve financial targets.
• Documented success in recruiting, developing, and retaining premier sales talent while nurturing accountability and growth.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with confidence and adaptability.
• Data-driven approach to sales operations, including trend analysis, process enhancement, and change management.
