📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of a team comprising three Sales Managers, ensuring accountability for quota achievement and representative development.

• Assist in establishing sales goals and devising strategies to meet and surpass them.

• Standardize sales methodologies, playbooks, and forecasting across various sales verticals during the integration and scaling phases.

• Facilitate a precise and systematic forecasting rhythm and offer revenue leadership a reliable view of the pipeline.

• Leverage data to assess performance, discover trends, and optimize resource allocation.

• Collaborate with Client Success, Rev Ops, and Marketing to create a unified go-to-market strategy.

• Recruit, retain, and nurture sales leadership talent.

• Foster a culture of accountability.

• Take responsibility for sales metrics and frontline sales leaders accountable for growth.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Sales.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in sales.

• More than 3 years of experience leading a sales organization.

• Experience in managing sales leaders, not just individual contributors.

• A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals over multiple years, with specific measurable outcomes.

• Demonstrated success in driving results through rapid scaling, M&A integration, or a new go-to-market strategy.

• Strong abilities in forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.

• Established leadership and communication capabilities.

• History of developing managers and cultivating high-performing teams.

• Proficient in Salesforce.

• Familiarity with contemporary sales tools such as Gong and Drift.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce is preferred as a desirable asset.

• Knowledge of the team sporting goods, decorated apparel, or promotional products industries is a nice-to-have.

• Experience in integrating or standardizing sales teams post-merger or acquisition is a nice-to-have.

• Must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in one of the specified U.S. states.
