This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Lead and expand the Security Sales Team throughout the US Global Enterprise Segment.
• Ensure comprehensive market coverage and identify new opportunities.
• Take ownership of the complete security portfolio sales strategy.
• Formulate plans to meet revenue goals and oversee sales forecasting.
• Promote market share growth by acquiring new logos and implementing effective coverage models.
• Cultivate a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and innovation.
• Enhance operational excellence through pipeline development, recruitment, performance management, and team certifications.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Enablement, Channels, and Customer Success teams.
• Communicate a long-term vision for the Security business.
• Build Cisco’s security business and engage cross-functional stakeholders.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in management and/or sales leadership.
• Demonstrated experience with revenue accountability and sales quota management.
• Experience in cross-functional or general management within a matrixed organization.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Preferred proven experience in second-line leadership roles.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence peers and leadership across a large organization.
• Strong track record in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in driving business transformation and navigating complex organizational structures.
