This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, ELT, and SLT to implement the GTM strategy and convert it into operational processes.
• Manage the governance framework that links strategic decisions to systems and field processes.
• Act as a liaison between Finance, Sales leadership, Deal Operations, and GTM Systems.
• Work with enablement to enhance seller productivity, optimize workflows, and support managers.
• Oversee the operational transition between Deal Operations and Finance's cash collections process.
• Take ownership of and prioritize the RevOps ticket queue.
• Create and document operating rhythms and governance processes.
• Regulate GTM tool access and AI credit usage through access controls, audits, and budget oversight.
• Assess tooling, implement direct integrations, and advocate for AI-assisted workflows.
• Supervise contractor relationships and manage budgets.
• Direct Deal Operations throughout the order-to-contract process, which includes pricing operations, quoting, and deal desk activities.
• Oversee the renewals lifecycle and transition to Finance for cash collections.
• Assist the field with deal-related challenges and operational resources.
• Oversee deal approval procedures and escalate issues related to deal structures.
• Lead the accuracy of bookings at the close of periods and ensure Finance reconciliation.
• Promote automation throughout the order-to-cash process.
• Guide the Systems team and the GTM tech stack roadmap, which encompasses Salesforce, Gong, Accord, and DealHub.
• Ensure the integration and health of systems.
• Manage field triage for system issues and implement upstream process or configuration enhancements.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational processes that are ready for the field.
• Strong partnership and communication skills across GTM leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and talent development.
• Background in a PE-backed or rapidly growing SaaS environment.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce, including architectural decisions and optimization of configurations.
• Solid understanding of deal operations mechanics, such as quoting, CPQ, deal desk approval workflows, and renewal management.
• An AI-curious mindset with a keen awareness of AI and automation in GTM.
