This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of revenue metrics throughout the customer lifecycle, encompassing acquisition to retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Lead cross-functional analytics that support customer acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts.
• Manage marketing analytics, insights into the sales funnel, and metrics related to customer lifetime value.
• Monitor Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) by channel.
• Evaluate the quality of marketing channels, return on investment (ROI), sales funnel conversion challenges, retention factors, and churn trends.
• Oversee marketing analytics, reporting on the sales funnel, and dashboards focused on customer retention.
• Administer the marketing technology stack and its integrations, including Braze, Salesforce, and tracking tools.
• Establish consistent revenue metrics across various functions.
• Develop executive-level reports for swift and confident decision-making.
• Identify over five analytics-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing unit economics.
• Calculate payback periods and ROI across different channels.
• Suggest data-informed strategies for pricing, positioning, and retention.
• Recruit and mentor 3 to 5 analytics professionals.
• Create pathways for career development and implement best practices.
• Align analytics efforts across revenue-generating functions.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics and revenue metrics, including CAC, LTV, and retention.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Extensive understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and channel analytics.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics, including CAC, LTV, cohort retention, churn rates, and payback periods.
• Practical experience with Braze, Salesforce, and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with sales funnel and CRM analytics.
• Capability to analyze complex customer journeys across various channels and touchpoints.
• Proven track record of collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to drive adoption.
