This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the planning, development, and execution of pricing strategies for Sysco’s Specialty divisions.
• Collaborate with Specialty company teams for weekly margin management, tools for margin management, pricing technology, tactical value capture, value sizing, and long-term strategic planning.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of Specialty pricing initiatives, which includes defining, designing, sizing, and executing these initiatives.
• Develop performance insights and processes to support data-driven pricing decisions.
• Manage the array of pricing-related projects across Specialty companies.
• Recognize pricing opportunities and risks, formulate recommendations, and execute solutions in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the Specialty roadmap and continuously improve the pricing strategy.
• Lead alignment among leadership and stakeholders regarding pricing strategies and their deployment tactics.
• Foster working relationships across various organizations.
• Work in tandem with merchandising, revenue management, technology, Enterprise Analytics, and Finance teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• 8–10 years of pertinent experience in e-Commerce Merchandising and the execution of pricing strategies, or comparable foodservice experience both domestically and internationally.
• Proficient analytical skills in Excel, Tableau, and other applicable tools.
• Depending on the role, in-depth knowledge of SQL, Python, and similar analytical instruments.
• Capability to create visual communications that influence executive decision-making through quantitative insights.
• Ability to convey complex analytical recommendations and achieve executive alignment.
• Experience in financial forecasting and value measurement.
• Outstanding leadership and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving business results through effective leadership, communication, and strong internal and external relationships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce data collection technologies, trends, and frameworks.
• Quick adaptability to new platforms and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
