📋 Description

• Take ownership of the global transaction services platform, encompassing the operating model, governance, and delivery standards.

• Develop and uphold standardized transaction processes, playbooks, templates, and controls across all regions.

• Ensure uniform execution of transactions from demand intake through to closure and the transition to lease administration.

• Provide guidance to finance, legal, risk, and EH&S partners.

• Be responsible for transaction outcomes and the reporting of transaction services.

• Oversee KPIs, metrics, Control Tower support, cycle time, savings, and risk indicators.

• Deliver regular executive-level reporting to leadership and business stakeholders.

• Guarantee data integrity and alignment across various functions and systems.

• Govern and supervise the performance of the global transaction management partner.

• Manage SLAs, KPIs, contractual commitments, performance reviews, issue resolution, and resource planning.

• Supervise commission guidance, structures, tracking, accuracy, transparency, and compliance.

• Address commission disputes or variances in collaboration with finance and legal teams.

• Identify performance deficiencies, delivery risks, and resource mismatches.

• Escalate concerns and tackle underperformance by transaction managers or brokers.

• Spearhead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives throughout transaction services.

• Enhance execution speed, cost efficiency, value realization, risk mitigation, flexibility, data quality, and handoffs.

• Utilize technology, analytics, and automation to modernize transaction delivery.

• Act as Corporate Portfolio Manager for the global corporate real estate portfolio.

• Monitor capacity, utilization, lease expirations, option events, business risks, cost exposure, and flexibility.

• Convert business requirements into actionable projects.

• Align transactions with portfolio strategy, workforce plans, and capital objectives.

• Bring issues, opportunities, and trade-offs to the attention of leadership.

• Create, ensure the quality of, and approve real estate business cases.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 14+ years of experience in corporate real estate transactions, portfolio management, or enterprise real estate leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of related work experience and education in lieu of a degree.

• Over 10 years of experience operating at a global scale within a large, matrixed organization.

• 8+ years of experience overseeing third-party service providers and ensuring they meet performance standards.

• Financial, commercial, and risk acumen with a profound understanding of lease structures and transaction economics.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Security clearance is not required.

• Preferred: experience in building or transforming transaction management platforms.

• Preferred: data-driven, process-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement.

• Preferred: experience in balancing speed, rigor, and stakeholder expectations.

• Willingness to travel up to 20–30%.
