This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, setting objectives, achieving results, and fostering relationships with global stakeholders.
• Supervise budgets, timelines, and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment of operations with functional strategy.
• Oversee global quality data management and analysis, encompassing inbound reporting, issue tracking, and marketplace feedback.
• Utilize quality data, reporting, and business intelligence tools to identify trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive global product and process enhancements.
• Address and resolve quality issues across global operations, ensuring process governance and optimization for efficiency and accuracy.
• Define and implement systems and tools throughout the global quality organization.
• Standardize inspection environments and enhance performance dashboards.
• Promote educational and training initiatives, disseminating knowledge and best practices across teams and functions.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
• A Master's Degree in Business or Organization Management is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in the footwear/apparel industry for a global company, ideally in athletic/technical performance and lifestyle.
• A minimum of 8 years in a quality-related leadership position within the footwear industry.
• Expertise in quality audit processes, global compliance, material properties, product construction, and risk management.
• Proficient in operational decision-making, continuous improvement, and achieving results.
• Experienced in public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.
