This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and implement the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth objectives, market expansion initiatives, provider engagement priorities, and overall business goals.
β’ Define the vision, priorities, and operational framework for provider relations, account management, provider support, and engagement functions.
β’ Collaborate with the VP of Sales and the Director of Provider Sales on initiatives that foster provider growth, enhance referral expansion, support account retention, and drive long-term business success.
β’ Act as the Executive Sponsor for significant provider organizations, physician-owned clinics, health systems, and strategic provider partnerships.
β’ Forge and sustain executive-level relationships with physician executives, practice owners, health system leaders, and key decision-makers.
β’ Lead executive business reviews with provider organizations to evaluate performance, identify potential opportunities, tackle challenges, and align on growth initiatives.
β’ Develop and manage channels for provider feedback, relaying actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
β’ Serve as the primary executive liaison between provider organizations and Lumicera leadership.
β’ Identify, assess, and cultivate opportunities to enhance provider engagement, increase referral capture, boost service adoption, generate revenue, and expand market share.
β’ Analyze provider performance metrics, referral trends, market dynamics, and business intelligence to propose growth strategies.
β’ Collaborate with pharmacy operations, clinical services, implementation teams, patient support services, and sales leadership.
β’ Develop and maintain relationships with CRM vendors and assist in vendor selection activities.
β’ Oversee departmental budgeting, workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational investment decisions.
β’ Drive continuous improvement in provider satisfaction, operational efficiency, referral conversion, service excellence, and overall business performance.
β’ Provide executive-level reporting, market intelligence, provider insights, growth recommendations, and updates on organizational performance.
β’ Act as a pharmacist subject matter expert in specialty pharmacy services, provider engagement, referral management, patient access programs, and operational workflows for providers.
β’ Represent Lumicera Health Services at provider meetings, executive forums, industry conferences, trade associations, and strategic partnership discussions.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree is required.
β’ Must possess current and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the ability to obtain reciprocity within 4 months, depending on state laws or client contracts.
β’ Advanced training or professional development in healthcare leadership, provider relations, or business strategy is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, provider relations, account management, provider engagement, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare business development, or related healthcare leadership roles is required.
β’ At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, multiple business functions, and provider-facing teams in a healthcare setting is required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience, including leading sales teams and developing sales strategies, is required.
β’ Proven experience in growth, market expansion, account retention, referral development, and revenue-generating initiatives, including program development, service expansion, and capability creation is required.
β’ Experience collaborating with executive leaders to craft and execute strategic business plans, operational initiatives, and organizational growth strategies is required.
β’ Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, provider workflows, referral management processes, reimbursement models, patient access programs, and healthcare delivery systems is required.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing CRM platforms, analytics, forecasting tools, and business intelligence reporting to inform decision-making and enhance operational performance is required.
β’ Demonstrated success in influencing executive stakeholders and translating provider insights into strategic business recommendations and organizational improvements is required.
β’ Established relationships within specialty pharmacy, provider organizations, health systems, physician practices, and healthcare industry networks are preferred.
