Director, Provado Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the daily execution and operational integrity of the Provado network, focusing on fulfillment KPIs, service reliability, and trip volume objectives.

• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing performance that lower cost per trip while simultaneously improving member experience and on-time performance.

• Collaborate with Local Operations to enhance scheduling, dispatch, and the regional utilization of Provado resources.

• Create standardized operating procedures for the launch, implementation, and expansion of Provado markets.

• Act as the main point of contact between Modivcare and Provado vendor partners, ensuring compliance with SLAs, compliance standards, and performance metrics.

• Work alongside Legal, Compliance, and Procurement on contracts, renewals, and vendor negotiations.

• Coordinate with Product and Tech teams regarding Provado integration and the multimodal technology roadmap.

• Collaborate with Finance and Analytics to monitor cost drivers, efficiency trends, and forecast capacity requirements.

• Work together with Product and Member Care to improve digital visibility, performance reporting, and feedback mechanisms.

• Assist in client and market-level presentations as an operational subject matter expert.

• Lead a small team of operational managers or analysts.

• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

• Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members and emerging operational leaders.

• Stay informed about the NEMT vendor landscape and best practices in logistics operations.

• Represent Modivcare at relevant conferences, councils, or industry events.

• Oversee licensure, insurance, and compliance functions.

• Ensure that operational frameworks comply with or surpass regulatory requirements while maintaining efficient and scalable processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Operations Leadership.

• At least five (5) years of leadership experience.

• Experience in P&L management, forecasting, and contract compliance.

• Advanced expertise in the Healthcare and Transportation industries is a plus.

• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will also be considered.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
