📋 Description

• Address highly strategic or intricate client needs.

• Oversee project control delivery across various accounts, markets, or programs.

• Offer executive-level client engagement and advisory assistance.

• Guide and mentor managers.

• Maintain service quality, consistency, and scalability.

• Collaborate with account leadership on staffing, performance, and growth initiatives.

• Assist in business development activities, including pursuits and client expansion.

• Play a role in shaping the strategic direction of the assigned department or practice area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience.

• At least five years of management experience.

• Capability to influence the strategic direction of the assigned department or practice area.

• Advanced skills in project controls.

• Proficiency in client relations, client management, and consulting.

• Highly organized with excellent analytical abilities.

• Expertise in using cost and schedule management software.

• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial sectors, or a related technical field.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
