Director, Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee project/program management tasks throughout the entire life cycle of the project or program

• Ensure that performance standards, scheduling, cost targets, customer requirements, and expectations are achieved

• Manage functional areas and the activities of senior management

• Provide guidance to staff in alignment with company policies and procedures

• Supervise business operations and uphold professional excellence among the team

• Direct business operations, including the approval of project plans, budgets, and work breakdown structures

• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategies to deliver customer services within defined schedules and budgets

• Set and communicate goals, objectives, methodologies, tasks, activities, roles, and responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams through effective communication

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of fifteen years of experience in project and program management

• At least ten years in a supervisory or managerial role

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Catalyst

• Experience in budget development, project planning, control, and assurance methodologies, such as earned value management

• Familiarity with project management software

• Understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices

• Experience in navigating both the historical and current business environment of the company

• Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the areas of responsibility

• Insight into the management implications of different types of financial data
