This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of extensive programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC, managing everything from greenfield implementations to rollout expansions.
• Achieve customer ROI objectives and fulfill contractual SOW deliverables.
• Transform delivery performance into expanded services and cARR growth through rollouts, training, seat-license consumption, and cross-selling/up-selling.
• Collaborate with account executives on service opportunities, scope and price projects, present delivery strategies, and negotiate service terms until closure.
• Draft and negotiate SOWs and change orders while safeguarding margins.
• Establish and meet account success criteria and value-realization KPIs.
• Identify risks, drive issues to resolution, achieve billable milestones, and manage project-hour overruns.
• Allocate resources, budget, and time while monitoring program health and making necessary adjustments.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor Project Managers.
• Develop Project Managers and functional consultants.
• Foster collaboration among Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain executive relationships at each account and align Sigga roadmaps with customer EAM goals.
• Team up with Customer Success to convert adoption into realized ROI.
• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance or equivalent experience in maintenance, repair, planning, and scheduling operations within relevant industries.
• Proven history of meeting services revenue, margin, or utilization targets.
• Practical experience in scoping, pricing, and negotiating SOWs and change orders.
• Over 10 years of experience delivering professional services, consulting, or SaaS implementation projects for enterprise software at large, multinational organizations.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading project or program managers.
• Ability to manage executive-level escalations and conflicts among internal and customer stakeholders.
• Self-sufficient problem solver with a strong sense of accountability for results.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Experience delivering services across two or more regions, including North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Preferred: Familiarity with a professional services automation or CRM tool for forecasting, staffing, and managing expansion pipelines.
• Preferred: Experience in mobility implementation at an enterprise level.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, French, or German.
