This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and guide a long-term product vision and comprehensive strategy for the CHE product portfolio.
• Recognize market trends and convert user requirements, strategic goals, and business objectives into a unique product roadmap.
• Spearhead roadmap implementation, enhancing speed to value and shortening product lifecycle timelines.
• Focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Assemble, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of Product Managers across various domains.
• Promote innovation, ongoing learning, and collaboration across functions.
• Mentor colleagues in healthcare domain expertise and product development skills.
• Take full responsibility for the success of the CHE product portfolio.
• Establish, track, and evaluate portfolio-level Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
• Ensure initiatives yield measurable results and that decisions are informed by data.
• Act as the strategic product representative throughout the organization.
• Build support for the roadmap through compelling storytelling, business cases, and commitment to delivery.
• Partner with the CHE Program team, Operations, Legal, and Compliance departments.
• Confirm that product capabilities meet compliance and regulatory standards, CMS guidelines, and DaVita protocols.
• Identify and address product risks.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management.
• More than 3 years in a product leadership position with direct team management.
• Demonstrated ability to steer portfolio-level strategies and unite teams for execution.
• Proven success in taking complex products from concept to market and scaling enterprise platforms.
• Strong proficiency in modern product discovery techniques.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare technology industry and market dynamics.
• Preferred experience in value-based care, chronic disease management, and/or risk adjustment.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex technical, clinical, and regulatory information into actionable strategies.
