This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Define and lead the strategy for product adoption at HighLevel, focusing on key products, features, and customer segments.
• Identify obstacles that hinder customers from discovering, activating, and consistently utilizing high-value capabilities.
• Create frameworks to assess adoption throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Prioritize opportunities for adoption based on customer impact, business value, and strategic significance.
• Establish metrics and success criteria for strategic product initiatives related to adoption.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnels, cohorts, feature usage, and behavioral trends.
• Collaborate with Data and Product teams to comprehend time-to-value, activation, feature penetration, engagement, retention, and churn.
• Segment adoption metrics by customer type, cohort, geography, product, and use case.
• Provide executive-level insights into product adoption performance and potential risks.
• Convert adoption insights into actionable product recommendations and influence product roadmaps accordingly.
• Develop business cases for significant adoption initiatives and aid in prioritizing investments.
• Work in partnership with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at boosting the adoption of strategic product capabilities.
• Establish ownership, operational rhythms, metrics, and accountability for adoption initiatives.
• Define how new product features will achieve substantial customer adoption.
• Generate customer and market insights by merging quantitative product data with qualitative feedback.
• Create feedback loops for Product and benchmark adoption against relevant SaaS and technology platforms.
• 12+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Growth, Product Management, Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related fields.
• Significant leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in driving product adoption, activation, engagement, retention, or product-led growth in a technology/SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to leverage product and customer data to pinpoint issues and make strategic decisions.
• Strong grasp of funnels, cohorts, segmentation, experimentation, retention, and customer lifecycle metrics.
• A history of influencing Product roadmaps and senior stakeholders without relying solely on direct authority.
• Comfort in navigating between executive-level strategy and hands-on problem-solving.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, especially in translating complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, SMB products, platform businesses, or multi-product ecosystems is highly desirable.
