This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain Voice of Customer systems that integrate insights from engagement partners, managers, staff auditors, Solutions, Implementation, and Sales.

• Create frameworks for assessing product success and user impact, including dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Take ownership of the analysis related to significant product initiatives, including competitive positioning, expansion of agent capabilities, and agent unit economics.

• Manage and enhance product development processes, tools, and team rituals, such as planning cycles, roadmap evaluations, and monthly business reviews.

• Establish operational systems like launch calendars, intake frameworks, and RACI structures.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Serve as the bridge connecting Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market strategies.

• Develop the product strategy and operations function from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, corporate or product strategy, consulting, or a similar operational role in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.

• Proven track record of building processes and programs from inception and scaling them effectively.

• Exceptional ability to convert complex qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations and roadmap contributions.

• Competence in independently sourcing data.

• Established capability to foster alignment across Product, Go-to-Market, and Engineering teams without direct authority.
