This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become part of Ontic’s Revenue Operations team as the Director of Product Operations.
• Convert Product requirements, roadmaps, and outcomes into cohesive GTM processes.
• Turn GTM insights into practical insights and prioritization for the Product team.
• Manage systems, processes, and cross-functional interactions that align Product and Revenue teams.
• Create and sustain product usage dashboards in collaboration with R&D.
• Ensure the accuracy and actionability of client usage data for Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
• Identify growth opportunities based on usage signals and integrate them into Customer Success/Sales workflows.
• Prepare reports and presentations detailing business results and significant trends.
• Oversee product usage analytics platforms like Pendo, including vendor management, renewals, licensing, and compliance checks.
• Define and manage product-tagging frameworks in conjunction with Product leadership.
• Provide R&D with GTM-driven data signals regarding ARR, pipeline, client feedback, and churn metrics.
• Serve as a reliable business partner to Product leadership.
• Facilitate tracking and assessment of roadmap ROI, ARR coverage, and feature adoption rates.
• Establish and monitor product-specific revenue goals in partnership with leadership.
• Develop a systematic approach to synthesizing field feedback into Product priorities.
• Foster peer support and build relationships with key leaders across the organization.
• Create business processes and cross-functional handoffs that promote efficiency and growth.
• Convert initiatives into actionable solutions and processes that span GTM and R&D infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Operations and Enablement on field tools and timely insights.
• Ensure consistency between JIRA and GTM-facing tools/data.
• Track feature requests and roadmap commitments to maintain a single source of truth for Product and GTM teams.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales/CS Operations, or Product Management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role or as an individual contributor responsible for a specific function.
• A deep understanding of GTM and client-facing SaaS strategies.
• Proven experience in translating GTM strategies into system and process requirements.
• Experience serving as the connective link between Product and GTM teams.
• Background in a B2B SaaS company during its growth phase.
• Demonstrated success in building processes from the ground up.
• Solid track record in utilizing GTM technology and product analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, Omni, Claude, ChatGPT, JIRA, Confluence, and Pendo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience as a strategic business partner.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorization to work legally in the United States.
