This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Design, develop, and consistently enhance the operational model of the Product organization.
• Establish uniform practices for planning, execution, governance, and reporting across Product and Engineering.
• Oversee organization-wide delivery governance, including program planning, release readiness, and executive delivery assessments.
• Collaborate with the CPTO and Product leadership to refine the operating model, governance, and execution strategies.
• Monitor the health of execution by identifying delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Promote accountability for delivery commitments while encouraging collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership.
• Coordinate dependencies among product initiatives and value streams.
• Facilitate discussions at the executive level regarding delivery health, priorities, and execution risks.
• Lead initiatives for organizational change and implement scalable operational frameworks.
• Identify and integrate AI-enabled operational workflows and delivery intelligence platforms.
• Automate reporting and operational processes utilizing intelligent tools and scalable workflows.
• Define and track delivery metrics and operational risks.
• Create executive dashboards for real-time insights into delivery health, execution progress, and organizational performance.
• Align execution activities with overarching strategic business objectives.
• Assist in the future implementation of OKRs by linking delivery initiatives to measurable outcomes.
• Develop portfolio-level visibility for managing priorities, capacity, and execution risk.
• Scale effective operating practices across multiple product organizations.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing Product Operations function.
• Over 8 years of experience in leading Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, Engineering Operations, Product Strategy and Operations, or a comparable leadership role within a SaaS or technology organization.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that involve Product, Engineering, Design, and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated success in designing or enhancing operating models for software development organizations.
• Strong grasp of software development methodologies and contemporary product development lifecycles.
• Experience in driving organizational change and implementing scalable operational processes.
• Background in leading operational transformation through AI-enabled workflows, automation, or modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with introducing OKRs and organizational operating systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining operational metrics and preparing executive reports.
• Excellent communication skills and adept at managing executive stakeholders.
• Candidates must be based in the US and legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Occasional travel is required, approximately quarterly.
