This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance JumpCloud's market visibility, package offerings, and competitive positioning.
• Build, lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving product marketing team.
• Take ownership of strategic alignment, analysis, optimization, and implementation of pricing and packaging models.
• Equip the global sales team with competitive differentiators and positioning resources.
• Convert intricate platform capabilities into engaging market narratives.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives involving sales, product, executive leadership, and go-to-market teams.
• Conduct competitive intelligence research and chart the competitive landscape.
• Oversee the development of pitch presentations, battlecards, and demo scripts.
• Collaborate with the AI steering committee to implement AI-driven assets and workflows that expedite sales cycles.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the JumpCloud platform and facilitate comprehensive, multi-feature technical demonstrations.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Represent JumpCloud and showcase team members as speakers and thought leaders at industry events, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Deliver measurable results such as team integration, asset delivery, pricing and packaging strategy, sales enablement, platform advocacy, and AI-driven process enhancement.
• Experience in people management, including hiring, mentoring, and developing product marketers or similar marketing talent.
• Proven execution of Product Marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Expertise in strategic pricing and packaging design for SaaS or platform technologies.
• Advanced skills in sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and creation of positioning assets.
• Preferred: Knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Directory Services, or Cloud Security.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SaaS business models and developer/IT buyer personas.
• Knowledge of modern AI productivity tools and workflow automation platforms.
• Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with skills in setting direction, delegating, and fostering growth in others.
• Outstanding public speaking, storytelling, and advocacy skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building abilities across sales, product, and GTM teams.
• High level of strategic thinking, process development ability, and sound judgment in independent settings.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.
