This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of Procurify's positioning strategy and its unique differentiation within the procurement sector.
• Develop and uphold the company's narrative and messaging framework.
• Manage the narrative surrounding AI and agentic procurement.
• Oversee market segmentation and conduct customer research, including win/loss analysis.
• Evaluate product, customer, funnel, and market data to provide strategic insights.
• Develop analyst relations strategies and represent Procurify through briefings, press engagements, and webinars.
• Establish execution standards, quality benchmarks, and operational rhythms for Product Marketing.
• Direct the portfolio launch strategy and communications aimed at customers.
• Report on and analyze the contribution of Product Marketing to pipeline creation, customer adoption, and retention rates.
• Create an AI-driven Product Marketing practice featuring shared tools and consistent workflows.
• Influence the product roadmap, pricing strategies, packaging decisions, and launch sequencing.
• Manage enablement deliverables, including positioning documents, battlecards, playbooks, demo narratives, and objection-handling guides.
• Provide training for Sales and Customer Success teams on messaging, use cases, and differentiation.
• Establish standards for competitive intelligence.
• Mentor and develop two Product Marketing Managers.
• Oversee the team's organizational structure, culture, operations, quarterly planning, and portfolio coverage.
• A minimum of 10 years in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Extensive experience in Product Marketing leadership along with direct people management.
• Proven track record in shaping company-level positioning and messaging for a multi-product or complex SaaS platform.
• Experience leading go-to-market strategies across a product portfolio, including segmentation, launch strategy, sales enablement, customer communications, and market adoption efforts.
• Ability to translate insights from customer, competitive, win/loss, and market data into decisions regarding positioning, roadmap, pricing, packaging, and business investments.
• Strong credibility with senior executives, Sales, Product teams, Customer Success, clients, and industry analysts.
• Experience in building and mentoring a high-performing Product Marketing team.
• Commercial mindset with the capability to evaluate Product Marketing performance against pipeline metrics, adoption rates, retention, and competitive standing.
• Practical fluency in AI, including adapting team workflows and developing repeatable AI-driven processes.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling competencies.
