This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product marketing division and shape its strategy, operational framework, and talent development system.

• Report directly to the VP of Corporate & Product Marketing while managing a team projected to consist of three direct reports.

• Design and implement the product marketing strategy for the NodeZero platform.

• Develop the architecture for Horizon3’s capabilities as a unified proactive security platform.

• Advance market positioning towards evidence-based proactive security and CTEM.

• Convert product and market strategies into buyer narratives tailored for security, IT, cloud, identity, application, infrastructure, compliance, and offensive-security teams.

• Identify high-value market opportunities, purchasing centers, use cases, and customer segments, prioritizing investments based on business impact.

• Represent product marketing in executive planning sessions, board preparations, analyst meetings, industry events, and strategic conversations with customers.

• Create and implement a scalable product launch methodology and operational system.

• Manage messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging inputs, buyer journeys, launch content, campaigns, enablement materials, analyst documents, and customer communications.

• Establish feedback loops from product insights, field intelligence, customer evidence, and competitive analysis into Product and executive decision-making.

• Lead, mentor, develop, recruit, onboard, and retain product marketing talent.

• Develop portfolio ownership models, team operational rhythms, reusable assets, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to enhance pipeline, conversion rates, deal velocity, win rates, customer retention, and overall customer value.

• Create enablement resources covering messaging, discovery, qualification, solution narratives, demos, objection handling, competitive responses, sales plays, and training.

• Partner with Customer Success and Customer Marketing to drive adoption, expansion, advocacy, and customer-proof initiatives.

• Own product narratives and lead proof-first content creation, including product pages, solution briefs, technical blogs, buyer’s guides, white papers, customer stories, webinars, executive POVs, analyst materials, demos, and presentations.

• Collaborate with Communications, Analyst Relations, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Alliances on integrated programs.

• Act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, Attack Research, and technical subject-matter experts.

• Foster cross-functional alignment and clarify decision-making rights, responsibilities, dependencies, and subsequent actions.

• Drive AI-assisted workflow adoption while ensuring accuracy, security, brand integrity, customer trust, and human oversight.

• Define the product marketing scorecard and implement reporting on business impact, risks, dependencies, and suggested actions.

• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and marketing leadership on planning, budgeting, headcount, forecasting, and resource allocation.

• Utilize Salesforce, product analytics, market intelligence, win/loss data, and customer insights to guide investment decisions and enhance performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with a strong background in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or another complex technical field.

• 4+ years of experience leading, coaching, or managing product marketing teams and cultivating high-performing cross-functional groups.

• Proven success in defining product marketing strategies and operational models across diverse products, segments, or buying centers.

• A track record of launching and scaling complex technical products that have measurably impacted pipeline, revenue, adoption, retention, or market positioning.

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity markets, buyer journeys, competitive dynamics, and converting technical differentiation into commercial advantage.

• Capability to navigate between executive-level strategy and technical details, fostering trust with board members, product executives, sales teams, engineers, security experts, and customers.

• Exceptional skills in writing, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

• Experience developing repeatable systems for launch, enablement, content, customer insights, and measurement.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, provide clarity, and drive decisions within a high-growth organization.

• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities; comfortable using data to prioritize investments and evaluate performance.

• Minimum 25Mbps consumer-grade broadband connection required.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Nice-to-have: experience in marketing offensive security, autonomous security, cloud security, identity security, application security, exposure management, CTEM, vulnerability management, security operations, or related enterprise cybersecurity products.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with product-led, sales-led, partner-led, or hybrid go-to-market strategies.

• Nice-to-have: experience supporting analyst relations, executive thought leadership, category creation, customer advisory programs, or major industry events.

• Nice-to-have: background in utilizing AI and automation within marketing operations, research, content, enablement, or reporting.

• Nice-to-have: experience with Salesforce, product analytics, marketing automation, customer intelligence, and business-intelligence tools.

• Nice-to-have: experience in a rapidly growing company that expanded its product portfolio, customer base, and go-to-market organization.
