This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product narrative for Delinea’s identity security platform spanning AI, Workforce, and Workload business units.
• Manage the platform's storyline and its competitive positioning.
• Provide marketing, sales, and field teams with the necessary tools to convey the platform narrative effectively in the market.
• Oversee the messaging architecture for the platform, including category definitions, platform claims, shared proof points, and the hierarchy of the portfolio.
• Establish platform-level value propositions tailored for CISO, IAM leaders, security architects, and platform engineering personas.
• Review messaging accuracy for product launches, analyst briefings, the annual Identity Security Report, and leading campaigns.
• Ensure consistent messaging across business units and take charge of product and portfolio naming conventions.
• Lead enablement initiatives at the platform level, develop competitive strategies, handle objections, and set certification standards for sellers.
• Ensure field readiness prior to major launches and maintain a regular re-certification schedule.
• Direct product marketing standards, skill leveling, career frameworks, onboarding processes, playbooks, and review cycles across business units.
• Engage in PMM hiring processes and leveling decisions; provide written assessments of craft.
• Chair a recurring product marketing council to address and resolve narrative conflicts.
• Mentor product marketing managers and product managers in messaging development.
• Spearhead and expand the competitive intelligence function.
• Contribute insights from win/loss analysis, buyer research, and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap and pricing strategies.
• Manage the core components of analyst relations, including submissions, briefings, and supporting documentation.
• Over 8 years of experience in product marketing within the enterprise SaaS sector.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in managing a platform-level narrative across a multi-product portfolio, including the integration of acquisitions.
• Extensive knowledge in cybersecurity or identity management.
• Demonstrated experience across at least two domains: workforce identity, workload and machine identity, and AI security.
• Track record of successfully building narratives and messaging that have been embraced by sales and marketing, leading to revenue growth, increased market share, or user adoption.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities with a knack for simplifying complex security concepts into clear narratives.
• Experience leading a distributed product marketing team through dotted-line authority within a business unit or general management-led operational model.
• Established credibility with analysts, media, and CISO-level stakeholders.
• Direct experience with preparing submissions and briefings for Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or KuppingerCole.
• Preferred: experience with PAM, Zero Trust, or cloud-native identity solutions.
• Preferred: experience in marketing non-human identity solutions.
• Preferred: experience in positioning identity use cases for the AI era.
• Preferred: experience in competitive markets with significant incumbents.
• Preferred: experience marketing to U.S. federal or regulated public sector clients, including FedRAMP-authorized products.
