📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Rapid7's Threat Response portfolio, which includes MDR, Preemptive MDR, Endpoint agent, and SOAR/Response functionalities.

• Convert customer requirements, SOC operational insights, vulnerability management processes, market intelligence, and customer expectations into a prioritized roadmap.

• Define the collaboration between analysts, automation, and AI to achieve consistent and high-quality managed security results.

• Motivate and align global cross-functional teams across SOC Operations, Detection Science, Vulnerability Research, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales.

• Guide teams in delivering top-notch services and capabilities promptly while enhancing customer value.

• Transform market trends, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and operational data into a practical backlog.

• Enhance managed service delivery through AI, automation, analyst augmentation, and groundbreaking service innovations.

• Make effective, transparent, and data-driven decisions while addressing obstacles throughout the service delivery chain.

• Take responsibility for continuously enhancing the overall experience of customers and analysts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressive leadership experience in product management with a focus on managed security services, MDR, SOC operations, and related SIEM, security analytics, SOAR, and/or EDR/XDR platforms.

• Extensive understanding of the operational realities involved in a 24x7 managed service delivery model.

• In-depth technical knowledge of cybersecurity operations, advanced threat detection techniques, proactive threat hunting, vulnerability assessment and prioritization, incident response processes, and the managed services delivery market.

• Proven ability to lead, influence, and align high-performing cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-stakes security settings.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey product objectives, strategic reasoning, and service value to stakeholders at every level.

• An unquenchable curiosity, dedication to fostering progress over perfection, and resilience in navigating organizational and market changes.

• A rigorous, disciplined, and data-oriented approach to assessing service product performance, measuring customer impact, and prioritizing investments.
