📋 Description

• Develop the product strategy, roadmap, and implementation for Rapid7’s Next-Generation SIEM and Threat Detection components.

• Decompose ambitious objectives into time-sensitive, adjustable milestones to ensure swift, measurable results.

• Align and motivate a global, cross-functional organization around strategic initiatives.

• Establish networks across Engineering, Detection Science, and SOC Operations to enhance the Managed Detection and Response customer experience.

• Lead cross-functional teams to provide high-quality capabilities on schedule and ensure accountability for commitments.

• Convert market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into a prioritized, actionable backlog.

• Make efficient, transparent, and data-driven decisions to eliminate obstacles and boost product momentum.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams to deliver scalable, differentiated capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressive product management leadership experience specifically centered on SIEM, Log Management, or SOC platform solutions within high-growth B2B SaaS or cloud environments.

• Extensive technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, advanced threat detection methodologies, and the intricacies of the managed services delivery market.

• Proven ability to lead, influence, and align high-performing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-stakes security environments.

• Exceptional communication skills to convey product objectives, strategic rationale, and value propositions to technical analysts and executive leadership.

• A sense of curiosity, dedication to driving progress over perfection, and resilience in navigating complex organizational and market changes.
