đź“‹ Description

• Transform the CPO's product vision and growth goals into actionable execution strategies that enhance customer impact.

• Take ownership of the company roadmap, deciding which products or features to develop and their timelines.

• Provide medium-term planning to ensure consistency between daily product decisions and the long-term strategy of the company.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer success teams.

• Serve as the counterpart to the Engineering Leader.

• Manage a small team while also contributing as a player-coach, handling your own product workstreams and mentoring others to enhance their skills and advance their careers.

• Provide coaching within the workflow, reducing the need for separate management oversight.

• Cultivate a product culture centered on ownership, impact, measurement, and collaboration.

• Advocate for an outcome-based product development methodology that prioritizes addressing genuine customer challenges.

• Ensure that your team members remain motivated, supported, and are continuously developing in their roles.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to build and enhance product development processes and systems.

• Assume the Senior Product Manager role within specific areas, setting an example while delegating other workstreams to your team.

• Assist in establishing scalable and repeatable processes for prioritization, execution, and measurement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in product roles, preferably in a rapidly growing SaaS or technology company.

• A minimum of 2 years in managing product managers and designers.

• Proven experience in owning and successfully launching multiple products at scale, not merely features.

• Ability to take strategic direction and independently convert it into a practical, executable roadmap.

• A history of hands-on ownership—preferring to build products rather than solely managing the teams that build them.

• Experience in influencing or leading cross-functional partners, even without formal authority.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Reflecting your expertise and impact.

• Equity Package: Your success is our success—share in the growth you’ll help create.

• Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, short & long-term disability, 401(k), and employee assistance program (EAP).

• Flexible PTO: Recharge and refocus with the flexibility to manage your time with no preset limits.

• Continuous Growth: Yearly education stipend to support your professional development.
