Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, create, deliver, and oversee products for customer utilization

• Guide all stages of the product life cycle from initial concept to market launch

• Design products that fulfill customer requirements and achieve cost-effective success

• Evaluate product performance post-launch

• Utilize feedback from customers and business partners to ensure products cater to diverse customer needs

• Make necessary adjustments to products over time to sustain desired results

• Execute new or revised programs and large-scale projects

• Support technical and operational processes and procedures

• Implement strategic initiatives and drive organizational goals and objectives

• Enhance performance and contribute to functional strategy decisions

• Report directly to the Associate VP, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role

• Bachelor's degree required

• Proven ability to spearhead significant transformations

• Experience handling very large and complex assignments

• Strong capability to align cross-functional teams amid uncertainty

• Ability to quickly adapt and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Skillful in effective communication with various business leaders

• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis

• Ability to recognize trends and generate actionable insights

• Work from a dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information

• Home internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

• A Master's degree is preferred
