Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the B2B product strategy and roadmap for North America.

• Oversee new product launches by leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and assessing opportunity sizes.

• Utilize insights from customers and stakeholders to pinpoint needs and prioritize product initiatives.

• Monitor the competitive environment, shifting customer requirements, and new data use cases, particularly in identity data.

• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to formulate go-to-market strategies, gather market feedback, and enhance product adoption.

• Discover data, partnership, and integration opportunities that will broaden product capabilities and increase revenue.

• Act as the product representative with clients and external audiences while contributing to product thought leadership.

• Work in conjunction with regional and global teams, business units, and partners to foster business growth and sustainability.

• Report to the Senior Vice President of Product Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in product management.

• Background in financial services or data strategy.

• Proven experience in people management.

• Preferred experience with identity solutions, identity data, or related fields.

• Familiarity with both established and emerging data products.

• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders, including those at the Director and VP levels.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams.

• Comfortable interacting directly with clients and the market.
