Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of client projects and change requests utilizing AI-driven workflows and automation.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process and throughout ongoing engagements.

• Convert client requirements into an AI-integrated product roadmap and quantifiable results.

• Lead and nurture a team of business analysts.

• Enhance the team's skills in AI-assisted analysis, prompt best practices, and data-oriented delivery approaches.

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering/IT, Data Science, and Client Implementation teams.

• Create, develop, and operationalize AI functionalities in line with product strategies and client needs.

• Establish and monitor success metrics such as cycle-time reduction, first-time-right rates, automation coverage, and client satisfaction.

• Ensure that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.

• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI efficiency projects, including workflow automation, decision support, intelligent quality assurance, and self-service functionalities.

• Stay informed about AI/ML trends, responsible AI practices, and industry and regulatory developments impacting affordability programs, data usage, and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• At least 7 years of experience in product delivery, client implementations, project or program management, or business analysis is required.

• Experience in delivering AI-enabled products or automation initiatives is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in managing and developing teams is advantageous.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards is essential.

• A working knowledge of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI considerations, including model risk, bias, and explainability in regulated settings is required.

• Understanding of contemporary analytics and AI product methodologies, including feature instrumentation, A/B testing, human-in-the-loop workflows, and collaboration with engineering and data science teams is necessary.

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams, as well as promoting AI adoption and change management among business and technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate intricate AI concepts into clear business value and operational specifications.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel to ConnectiveRx locations and client sites as required.

• Compliance with company policies, procedures, training requirements, and Information Security and Compliance Programs, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA mandates.
