This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take charge of Roofr's growth through its product by integrating product strategies, data analytics, and go-to-market approaches.
• Develop activation and expansion strategies that enhance contractor engagement.
• Identify product indicators that initiate sales dialogues.
• Create a more robust self-service experience with a focus on seamless UI/UX for SMBs.
• Coordinate the hybrid approach with Sales and create playbooks that convert product indicators into sales pipelines.
• Foster activation and expansion through in-product experiences and growth loops.
• Manage the self-service model for both transactional and subscription products, particularly Measure+ and in-product upgrade pathways.
• Lead the Growth team, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Data Science.
• Cultivate a rapid experimentation culture and oversee growth metrics.
• Report directly to the CPO and participate in the product leadership team.
• Achieve software adoption, orchestrate hybrid motions, and drive self-service revenue growth.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in product growth within B2B SaaS; experience in vertical SaaS is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of establishing a hybrid approach that integrates product-led and sales-led strategies.
• Strong instincts for activation and expansion.
• Familiarity with transactional and subscription revenue models.
• Capability to execute experiments from start to finish, including experiment design, success criteria establishment, and delivery.
• Proficiency in growth metrics such as activation rate, adoption, expansion revenue, and NRR.
• Experience using tools like Amplitude, HubSpot, and Snowflake or a similar data warehouse.
• Background in building or scaling AI-powered products is a significant advantage.
• Ability to lead and nurture cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels, from executives to analysts.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
