This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and nurture a team of product analysts who support product squads, growth initiatives, and product and lifecycle marketing.
• Provide guidance to the Chief Product Officer and senior leaders in product, engineering, and marketing.
• Influence product strategy through data-informed decision-making.
• Oversee and conduct comprehensive analyses of product and marketing data.
• Extract actionable insights to inform tactical and strategic choices.
• Define, evaluate, and report on essential product metrics.
• Manage the experimentation practice, ensuring experiments are well-designed and properly instrumented.
• Enhance tools that support experimentation.
• Create and implement a high-quality insights roadmap, balancing analytical thoroughness with promptness of insight.
• Communicate findings to executives and stakeholders through engaging data narratives.
• Mentor the analytics team while upholding a high standard of analytical excellence.
• Over 10 years of experience in applied analytics, including more than 5 years in product and marketing analytics.
• A minimum of 5 years leading analytics teams, with at least 3 years specifically managing product analytics teams.
• Proven history of recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
• A player-coach mindset with hands-on analysis and capability in scaling teams and processes.
• Expertise in both AI-native and traditional data analysis tools.
• Significant experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations, strategic product roadmaps, and optimizations at the feature level.
• Strong inclination towards action and measurable business outcomes.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
• Competence in evaluating data infrastructure, pipelines, and instrumentation.
• Capability to collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to enhance infrastructure and instrumentation.
• Experience leading analytics for consumer-facing native iOS and Android applications.
