This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the execution of Process Intelligence initiatives across prioritized enterprise transformation projects.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable plans, deliverables, and quantifiable results.
• Enhance value realization through process optimization, automation, and performance enhancements.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Create frameworks, tools, and methodologies to promote the adoption of Process Intelligence.
• Empower functional transformation teams to leverage Process Intelligence capabilities.
• Develop and maintain repositories of process insights, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Encourage the reuse of assets, standardized approaches, and scalable delivery models.
• Support governance frameworks, standards, and KPIs for Process Intelligence.
• Collaborate with the Results Delivery Office, Digital Technology & Innovation, and functional business teams.
• Provide counsel to senior stakeholders regarding process performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and coordinated execution.
• Present insights and outcomes to executive audiences.
• Oversee the deployment and application of process mining, task mining, and analytics tools.
• Assist teams in transforming complex process data into actionable insights and business decisions.
• Aid in the evaluation, testing, and onboarding of new Process Intelligence technologies.
• Contribute to the future-state tool strategy and data requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
• Provide thought leadership on process analysis, mining, and performance management.
• Support capability enhancement across both direct and indirect teams.
• Doctorate degree with 4 years of experience, Master’s degree with 7 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience in data science, business analytics, process improvement, engineering, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results.
• Experience in translating strategy into execution and operationalizing capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing direct teams and working within matrixed environments.
• Extensive experience in process mining, process analysis, and performance optimization.
• Practical experience with Celonis, Signavio, or UiPath Process Mining.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to handle large, complex, and unstructured datasets.
• Understanding of RPA and AI/analytics technologies.
• Experience in establishing governance frameworks, KPIs, and value tracking mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise transformation and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Capacity to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in ambiguous situations.
• High level of accountability, ownership, and autonomy.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build partnerships across functions.
