Director, Pricing & Market Access Policy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the NAVLIN Daily team responsible for generating daily news related to pharmaceutical policy, pricing, and reimbursement.

• Lead the analysis of policy intelligence, focusing on MFN tracking, global pricing and reimbursement oversight, and specialized intelligence trackers.

• Ensure the prompt delivery of policy intelligence services, including immediate responses to urgent policy shifts and client assistance.

• Simplify intricate policy developments into clear, actionable, high-quality insights that are commercially relevant for clients.

• Act as a senior subject matter expert across various cross-functional teams.

• Deliver policy insights to biopharma clients and manage client briefings, webinars, and other client-facing events.

• Assist in business development by identifying market opportunities, fostering client relationships, supporting business cases and proposals, and collaborating with commercial teams.

• Contribute to EVERSANA consulting projects, encompassing pricing and market access strategy as well as policy impact evaluations.

• Investigate and implement AI and automation solutions to enhance policy tracking, insight creation, synthesis, efficiency, scalability, and the development of AI-driven products and services.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in health policy, market access, pricing & reimbursement, or related disciplines.

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Deep understanding of the global pharmaceutical policy environment.

• Extensive knowledge of pricing and access dynamics, including MFN and similar frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles (consulting, advisory, or industry).

• Proven ability to translate complex policy issues into business impact.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with data analytics or AI-driven workflows.

• Competence in prompt writing, minimizing inaccuracies, validating AI outputs, and assessing various AI models.

• Experience utilizing AI to produce datasets, PowerPoint presentations, briefs, meeting summaries, and manage workflows.

• Capability to develop and manage AI agents suitable for this role.

• Preference for candidates based in the U.K.; applications from Germany, Italy, Spain, and Ireland will also be considered.
