This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Inotiv's technology project portfolio, project delivery capabilities, organizational change management practices, and strategic technology initiatives.
• Prioritize, govern, and execute technology investments in alignment with business goals while maximizing value realization and organizational capacity.
• Lead a team of professionals in project and portfolio management.
• Act as Program Manager for critical cross-functional technology and business transformation projects, including ERP Optimization.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
• Create onboarding plans, set goals, define priorities, establish performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and formulate talent development and succession plans.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish program governance structures, steering committees, decision-making forums, and executive reporting processes.
• Drive the resolution of program issues, risks, resource conflicts, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and business leaders to define success metrics, measure progress, and oversee benefits realization.
• Lead program communications and stakeholder engagement to foster transparency, alignment, and end-user adoption.
• Ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with approved scope and strategic objectives.
• Serve as the escalation point for major project and program issues requiring executive intervention.
• Own the IT portfolio governance framework, including project intake, prioritization, approval, and investment decision processes.
• Lead governance forums that align technology investments, resource capacity, and business priorities.
• Enhance project, portfolio, and change management processes, standards, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps in alignment with business and technology strategies.
• Establish enterprise IT resource planning and capacity management processes.
• Forecast resource needs and identify delivery constraints.
• Provide insights into organizational capacity, demand forecasts, staffing needs, and project investment trade-offs.
• Oversee portfolio-level financial management, including project budgets and forecasts.
• Implement benefits realization processes and track realized value against approved business cases and strategic objectives.
• Establish organizational change management standards and practices.
• Integrate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and business readiness activities into programs and projects.
• Lead efforts to enhance user adoption and value realization.
• Create dashboards, portfolio reports, performance metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Provide leadership updates on project status, resource allocation, financial performance, risks, and business outcomes.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, safety requirements, confidentiality obligations, Core Values, and Code of Conduct.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, or IT transformation leadership.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise project portfolios, governance processes, and investment prioritization.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, ERP optimization initiatives, or large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Familiarity with project financial management, benefits realization, capacity planning, and organizational change management.
• Experience in implementing and enhancing project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery tools.
• PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.
• Prosci Change Management Certification is preferred.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe are preferred.
• Ability to utilize computers and display screen equipment for extended periods.
