Director, Platform Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and execution of program management for a prestigious global Hilton initiative.

• Facilitate regular program synchronization meetings and steering committee sessions.

• Track and report on program key performance indicators, status updates, and potential risks.

• Address cross-team challenges and escalate issues when necessary.

• Provide guidance and support to project managers, change managers, and program team members.

• Supervise team members and direct their tasks effectively.

• Serve as a link between executive leadership, strategy/business, product/technology, and various teams.

• Convert program advancements into contributions towards Hilton's strategic and commercial goals.

• Coordinate roadmaps, manage dependencies, delivery timelines, and resource allocation across departments.

• Collaborate on budget planning, resource distribution, hiring projections, and vendor agreements.

• Take ownership of program business case management.

• Lead program steering committee, governance, and council functions.

• Manage program charters and execution strategies.

• Oversee status reports, executive dashboards, and risk evaluation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A decade (10 years) of professional work experience.

• Five years (5 years) of experience in program management, project management, organizational change management, or a blend of these.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Possession of PMP, PgMP, Agile, PROSCI/CCMP, or equivalent certification is advantageous.

• Familiarity with PROSCI methodology, tools, principles, and applications.

• Knowledge and proven experience in applying the ADKAR model.

• Proficient in Smartsheet or other project planning applications.

• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
