Director, People Programs, Strategy & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the People team's operational framework, encompassing cross-functional rhythms, reporting, dashboards, and supporting systems.

• Oversee the comprehensive planning and implementation of compensation cycles, performance evaluations, and engagement survey launches.

• Propel high-priority, cross-functional initiatives for People leadership, including organizational design, process reengineering, and strategic developments.

• Manage project oversight, intake, and operational support across various People sub-teams.

• Discover and apply AI, automation, and system enhancements to improve People workflows.

• Facilitate operational connections between the People team and ELT, Finance, Legal, and IT departments.

• Manage playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and program documentation while developing scalable knowledge infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A systems-oriented mindset paired with strong execution capabilities.

• Background in HR/People functions.

• Proven history of constructing scalable infrastructure and programs.

• Capacity to manage vague, cross-functional tasks involving senior stakeholders.

• Over 7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related sectors.

• Proficient in utilizing data and data-driven insights to provide business solutions aligned with organizational values and objectives.

• Skills in change management.

• A strong commitment to fostering healthy, inclusive organizations for a diverse workforce.
