This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and implement strategic initiatives to expand Toptal’s Services business.
• Collaborate with a Partnerships leader to develop Toptal’s Partnerships strategy and operational framework.
• Assist in exploring new business opportunities and support ad-hoc projects in conjunction with Services Leadership.
• Operationalize partnerships from discovery and onboarding to contracting, enablement, marketplace listing, launch, tier advancement, and ongoing evaluations.
• Manage partner onboarding and administration tasks, including registrations, applications, data gathering, documentation, certifications, training needs, and portal oversight.
• Construct and oversee the operational infrastructure for Toptal’s growing marketplace ecosystem.
• Facilitate coordination across Practice Leaders, GTM/Sales, Legal, Finance, and other departments.
• Monitor partner requirements, certifications, benefits, commitments, and tier advancements.
• Oversee sales enablement, listings, co-selling processes, and internal adoption efforts.
• Establish and lead the partnerships steering committee, tracking pipeline status, blockers, milestones, owners, and next actions across more than 40 relationships.
• Create repeatable workflows, documentation, tracking systems, and methodologies to scale partnership operations effectively.
• Report directly to the Head of Customer Operations and collaborate cross-functionally with Services Leadership, Sales, Talent Operations, Analytics, Product, and Finance Operations.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 8+ years of experience in partnerships operations, business operations, professional services, sales operations, process enhancement, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in partnerships strategy and program management is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic projects and daily operations in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Strong sense of ownership with a readiness to operate both strategically and tactically.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, Claude, Gemini, Slack, and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, BigQuery).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving company while managing diverse challenges, deadlines, and contacts.
