This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate a partnership strategy and pinpoint opportunities in brand collaborations, talent initiatives, ambassador programs, retail alliances, licensed intellectual property, and cultural experiences.
• Assess incoming inquiries from talent, agencies, brands, retailers, and prospective partners.
• Establish and nurture relationships with talent, managers, agents, agencies, brands, and strategic collaborators.
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of partnership, talent, and licensing agreements alongside the SVP of Brand.
• Prepare and revise partnership and talent contracts, facilitating the approval process through Legal and VP channels.
• Oversee partnerships from the moment of signing through to launch, managing communications, timelines, approvals, assets, and contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate partnership risks, execution deficiencies, and missed deadlines.
• Administer operations related to licensing agreements, partner approvals, product and asset specifications, line sheets, retail listing coordination, and post-launch reporting.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of partnership terms, rates, rights, deliverables, performance metrics, and renewal prospects.
• Manage the collaboration and partnership calendar effectively.
• Work in conjunction with Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, Influencer, Product, Retail, Operations, Legal teams, and external partners.
• Oversee partnership and event budgets, vendor management, invoicing, and payments in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Create and present recap decks that document deliverables, performance, outcomes, and insights.
• Define PR strategy and priorities in partnership with the agency, managing the day-to-day relationship.
• Monitor agency deliverables and press coverage in alignment with the campaign schedule.
• Assist with press releases, statements, messaging, and other relevant materials.
• Prepare leadership and spokespersons for interviews, podcasts, and media engagements.
• Over 8 years of experience in leading talent, brand, or entertainment partnerships from sourcing and deal development to execution.
• Profound understanding of deal and licensing mechanics, including rights, economics, approvals, usage, exclusivity, and deliverables.
• Established relationships and credibility within music, culture, entertainment, fashion, beauty, and talent sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and skills in contract, vendor, and budget management.
• Experience in managing or briefing an external PR agency and ensuring partners adhere to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Capable of working confidently with talent, agents, managers, agencies, brand executives, vendors, and other senior external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deals, launches, budgets, events, and partner relationships effectively.
• Ability to harmonize creative instincts with commercial and operational considerations.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day execution in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen sense for relevant, distinctive, and unmistakably Starface work.
